Les embouts ovales homologués EVO II de la ligne LeoVince SBK représentent l’équilibre parfait entre la qualité, les performances et le prix pour l’utilisateur qui souhaite personnaliser sa moto rapidement et sans grandes modifications, dans le respect du code de la route. Ils sont disponibles dans les configurations “Slip-on” et “Bolt-on”. Dans le premier cas, le silencieux est raccordé au collecteur d’origine à l’aide d’un manchon, dans le second cas, le silencieux est doté d’une bride en aluminium usinée qui se raccorde directement aux collecteurs d’origine. Les corps des silencieux et les raccords sont en acier inox AISI 304, soudés TIG. L’enveloppe externe est disponible en aluminium, en carbone ou en titane. Les colliers sont en acier et les pattes de fixation sont en aluminium. Pour certains modèles de moto est proposé un silencieux avec coupelle de sortie conique en acier inox. Le développement de la géométrie des collecteurs et du silencieux est étudié sur chaque moteur afin d’améliorer le couple et la puissance maximale tout en respectant les paramètres imposés par la réglementation européenne (97/24/CE du 17 juin 1997).

Das Gehäuse des Schalldämpfers und der Anschluß sind aus Edelstahl gefertigt, das durch ein besonderes Sandstrahlverfahren zusätzlich

The EVO-marked GPstyle exhaust of the LeVince SBK range provides the best combination of quality, performance and price for those who want to customize their bikes quickly and without major modifications while staying in full compliance with Highway code regulations.
The design is based un LeoVince's ongoing experience with the leading teams and technicians of the top world GP class.
Both the silencer and the connectors are made of TIG-welded AISI 304 steel, sandblasted with stainless steel particles and are secured to the frame with a carbon fibre bracket. Each silencer has been specifically developed for each individual engine model to achieve a significant increase in qorque and maximum power rating, while still complying with European standards (97/24/CE dated 17th June 1997).

LeoVince SBK Factory - Evolution2, Full-Titan Schalldämpfer mit großem Durchmesser.
Die jüngste Entwicklung von LeoVince ist die SBK-Anlage. Alle Anlagen werden am PC entwickelt und anschließend als Prototyp auf dem Leistungsprüfstand und auf der Rennstrecke getestet. Das Ziel ist es, eine leichtere und leistungsstärkere Anlage zu entwickeln, die die Original-Auspuffanlage in allen Bereichen übertrifft. Durch die exzellente Verarbeitung der Materialien, die perfekte Passform und den satten Sound werden die LeoVince Anlagen immer begehrter. Heute ist LeoVince die Nr.1 in Europa.
LeoVince Anlagen werden mit allen benötigten Anbauteilen , einer detaillierten Montageanleitung und der ABE mit Verwendungsliste geliefert.
Evolution2
Die neuen Evolution2 Schalldämpfer sind von LeoVince serienmäßig mit einem Schalldämpfereinsatz (db-Eater) ausgestattet. Mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers lässt sich aus dem ABE-Schalldämpfer im Handumdrehen eine Racing-Version machen. Durch den Ausbau des db-Eaters erhält die Anlage einen komplett neuen Sound. Der db-Eater kann nach der Herausnahme aus dem Topf mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben wieder eingebaut werden.
Vorsicht: Bei Herausnahme des db-Eaters erlischt die ABE für den Schalldämpfer. Durch den Wiedereinbau des db-Eaters hat die Anlage automatisch wieder ihre ABE erlangt.
Factory
Ober- und Unterseite des Dämpfers sind zur weiteren Gewichtsreduzierung abgeflacht. Die Auspuffschelle und der Rahmenhalter sind aus Carbon gefertigt. Für eine verbesserte Aerodynamik wird der Übergang vom Rohr zum Endschalldämpfer konisch ausgeführt.
Vorsicht: Nicht bei jedem Schalldämpfer treffen diese Angaben zu.
Slip-On
Bei den Slip-On Schalldämpfern handelt es sich um einen Schalldämpfer mit Verbindungsrohr der nur auf den Original-Krümmer-Sammler aufgesteckt wird. Die originale Dichtung muß entfernt werden, wenn keine neue Dichtung zum Lieferumfang gehört.

The EVO-marked Factory cans of the LeoVince SBK range ensure the best quality, performance and price ratio for those who wish to customize their bikes simply and fast, and in full accordance with the Highway code regulations. They are available in both “Slip-On” and “Bolt-on” versions; in the first case the silencer is connected to the system by means of a joining pipe; while in the second case the silencer features a machined-from -solid aluminium flange, which is directly attached to the original header pipes. The silencer with carbon fiber end-cap, is entirely made of titanium. The connectors are made of TIG-welded stainless steel AISI 304. The outer casing is available in either carbon or titanium. The straps are made of carbon fiber. The format of the header pipes themselves and of the silencer is tailored according to the specific engine model in order to boost the torque and maximum power rating whilst complying with European Standards (97/24/CE dated 17th June 1997).
